The hotel is super close to everything. I could easily walk to the duomo and other monuments. Breakfast was good. I liked the variety offered each morning. The staff was very nice and helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations.
the room was small. i found it a bit noisy due to people in the plaza at night. it wasn't ideal for sleeping soundly.

the location was acceptable, close enough to the places i wanted to see.
The room i received was far from excellent. It felt more like a storage closet converted into a living space. wi-fi was practically nonexistent, and the only amenity was a mini-fridge humming loudly in the corner. i've seen better equipped hostels.

the room condition wasn't great, some floor tiles felt loose. bedside lamps didn't work and the bathroom felt tiny. it was overpriced given the condition.

The location is superb NEAR all main sites. The hotel is in the centro historico WITH many restaurants nearby. The duomo IS a short walk away. I secure hotel WALKING alone.
